5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary consulting tools developed by Radon Options remain our intellectual property. However, customized solutions, reports, and strategies developed specifically for clients become client property upon full payment, subject to our right to retain and use anonymized insights for future service improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Radon Options' liability is limited to the value of services provided under the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our recommendations are based on information provided and industry best practices, and implementation results may vary based on factors beyond our control.

8. Service Modifications

Project scope modifications require written agreement from both parties. Additional services or significant scope changes may result in adjusted timelines and fees. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and these Terms with reasonable notice to existing clients.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through arbitration in London, United Kingdom, or in courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales.
